Single room available in beautiful apartment in Microcentro porteño. We are located 150 meters from the Obelisk, in the heart of downtown, with unbeatable access to public transport, on a pedestrian street, well lit and safe at all times for its 24-hour businesses. The apartment is spacious, cool and bright. The room is well furnished and has a heater and air conditioning. We are happy to welcome guests and students from all over the world. The space In total, there are four single rooms in the apartment, of which I, who I, who host, occupy 1. We share the kitchen, which is quite equipped, the common bathroom on the ground floor, and a common central space as a living-dining room, where we have a projector installed to watch movies from time to time. We also have a laundry room with semi-automatic washer and laying for drying clothes. The apartment is of old structure, with very high ceilings and many windows, therefore the house is particularly cool and bright. It is a good place to live if you are looking for tranquility and intimacy, as the structure of the house favors it, and also if you like to occasionally share some food, talks, or drinks. I particularly really like to cook and I usually invite the one who appears hungry or thirsty in the kitchen. As a host I live in the house, and although for my work and studies I am not home for most of the week, I like to spend some time with guests, get to know their culture and share what I know about mine. I speak little English, but I'm a teacher of Spanish and literature, so I really like to help those who come to learn our language if they need to
