A shared house in the heart of Palermo, with 7 private rooms with a double bed, to live the co-living experience with young students from all over the world. Fully equipped and furnished house, ready to live for monthly stays, with all amenities included. Ideal for exchange students, unbeatable location, and everything designed to live comfortably and study quietly. The space The house is located on the ground floor, where there are 5 private rooms, 2 full and shared bathrooms, and dining and living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the elements available to use. On the first floor there are 2 more private rooms, another bathroom, and a very large terrace with lots of morning sun, table, benches, grill and plants. Guest access Each guest will have their own access key to the house and their private room. In your room you have a double bed, with all the corresponding bedding, light table, placard, desk with chair and light, and window. It also includes a fan and electric heating. In the common areas, it has a dining room, living room, 3 complete bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, with 2 refrigerators, oven, microwave, kettle, utensils, pots, and everything you need. Also a washing machine and cleaning products are available. Large bath towels are not included. For hygiene reasons, those towels are the responsibility and property of each guest. We only provide one "hand towel" in each bathroom. But NO towels are provided to every guest. Other things to note Includes cleaning staff, 2 or 3 times per week. And you also have maintenance personnel, for any inconvenience that may arise. In some common spaces, such as the door of the house and the terrace, there is a security camera, which is accessed by the manager, to take care of the house and the guests
